Here, at Vaswani Dental Practice we believe in making your experience a pleasant one. We work very hard to meet your expectations of Quality, Safety, Health and Wellbeing and we put you views at the centre of our work. We take pride in the work we provide and strive to achieve the highest standards.

However, if you do not feel satisfied, at any time, with the service we have provided you and would like to make a complaint then you may contact Dr P Vaswani, Principal Dentist :

We will endeavour to investigate your complaint within three working days of receipt and will contact you in an attempt to resolve the complaint satisfactorily. However, if you are not satisfied with our attempt to resolve your complaint then you can take the matter up with: The Dental Complaints Service, The Lansdowne Building,2 Lansdowne Road, Croydon, Greater London, CR9 2ER (Telephone: 08455 120 540)

Please note that we take your complaints very seriously and will always try to resolve any shortcomings in a satisfactory manner.
